We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce SEO Expert to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, e-commerce strategies, and the latest Google updates and best practices. The ideal candidate will optimize our e-commerce platform to improve visibility, drive more traffic, and increase sales.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored for e-commerce that align with our business goals.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits for our e-commerce platform, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine updates, SEO trends, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze organic sales and SEO performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and web development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout all content and technical strategies.
  • Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building and influencer outreach, to enhance our site’s authority.
  • Optimize on-page elements like site structure, page speed, internal linking, and content quality to boost organic rankings.
  • Provide expert advice on keyword research and metadata optimization specific to e-commerce.
  • Guide the content team in creating SEO-friendly content that enhances user engagement and conversions.
  • Prepare and present regular SEO reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SEO role with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible results in SEO metrics and company growth.
  • Expert knowledge of technical SEO, including schema markup, sitemaps, and crawl budget optimization.
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and their implications for e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment and managing cross-departmental projects.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop practical.
