What we are looking for:

We are looking to hire a Senior HR Executive who will be responsible for the strategic role of the HR Department. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for recruitment decisions, performance management and performance evaluation.

  • Design and implement a performance management system and track KPIs.
  • Evaluating employee performance to make promotion and demotion decisions.
  • Develop and implement policies, strategies, and processes based on the requirement of the company.
  • Make recruitment decisions and hire the required talents for the company.
  • Plan employee retention strategies.
  • Assess training requirements and coordinate learning and development initiatives for the employees.
  • Prepare final settlement documents and conduct the formalities for employee offboarding.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports as required.
  • Carry out responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Business Administration graduate with an HR major. Academic background can be relaxed for experienced candidates. 
  • 3-4 years of strategic HR experience in a reputed company.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in developing and implementing HR operations policies.
  • Must have experience in managing performance and tracking KPI.
  • Expertise in data management and reporting through Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Expertise in data visualization and presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Expertise in International standard hiring process.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution, succession planning and leading employee training & development program.
  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and Human Resource Act.
  • Experience in fast-moving marketing agencies will be an added advantage.

BDT 60,000 – 100,000 (Negotiable based on experience).

Job Location:

In Office – Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Monday – Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
