Position Overview

MonsterClaw LTD is hiring Mid-Level Content Writers with strong experience in creating high-quality, SEO-driven content for diverse industries.

This role requires more than traditional blog writing; you will help shape editorial direction, align content with search intent, and produce polished, publish-ready work for both internal and client projects.

You should be able to adapt to different niches, maintain accuracy, uphold brand voice, and write with clarity and depth. Experience with technical or SaaS content is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Write long-form blog posts, website content, guides, and landing pages across multiple industries.
  • Apply SEO best practices across content structure, metadata, internal linking, and featured snippet optimization.
  • Produce human-written, original content without AI-generated tone or phrasing.
  • Develop content briefs outlining structure, keywords, tone, and search intent.

SEO & Research

  • Conduct in-depth research using reliable sources, real data, and verified references.
  • Analyze top-ranking pages to determine content depth, gaps, and strategic positioning.
  • Match content with search intent and align with Google E-E-A-T standards.

Editorial Quality

  • Fact-check all claims, data, statistics, and technical points before submission.
  • Edit and proofread for clarity, flow, tone consistency, and grammar.
  • Refine rough drafts and eliminate AI-patterned writing to ensure natural readability.
  • Submit work on time and ensure client-ready quality.

Workflow & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Support SEO, design, and marketing teams with content insights.
  • Take full ownership of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional writing experience in SEO, content marketing, or editorial roles.
  • Proven ability to write original, human-quality content requiring minimal edits.
  • Strong command of English grammar, readability standards, and AP Style.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, heading hierarchy, metadata, internal linking).
  • Strong research and fact-checking skills, including evaluating AI-assisted content
  • Ability to adapt tone, depth, and writing style for different industries and audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple niches (health & beauty, supplements, technology, SaaS, edu-tec, etc.).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience writing for multiple niches and industries.
  • Ability to identify and rewrite AI-generated or low-quality drafts.
  • Track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Close attention to detail and a zero-error mindset.
  • Understanding of content’s role in modern SEO, SERP features, and AI-driven search results.
