Growth Summary
Local Eyes needed to show up locally in 10+ competitive metro markets with zero organic footprint to start from. MonsterClaw built a multi-metro local SEO structure from the ground up, engineering city-specific landing pages (Miami, NYC, Boston, and beyond) designed to rank for market-level commercial intent, such as "video marketing Miami" and "Boston video production" — rather than relying on the homepage to carry every geography at once.
Alongside the local pages, we built topical authority through bottom- and mid-funnel content — comparison and "best of" roundups like 25 Best Promotional Video Production Companies and format-specific guides like YouTube Bumper Ads — positioning Local Eyes as the answer to both buyer-intent and research-stage searches.
This was paired with a targeted link acquisition push to build domain-wide authority fast enough to compete against incumbent local players: referring domains grew from 162 to 950 in the same window that Domain Rating climbed from 17 to 25.
Local Eyes' SEO Strategy:
Local Eyes came to MonsterClaw with a website that had strong production capabilities but zero organic presence across its key service markets. With no local landing pages and no non-branded visibility, the entire organic channel was invisible to potential clients searching for video production services in Miami, NYC, Boston, and beyond.
We rebuilt from the foundation up.
The MonsterClaw team started with a full multi-market structure: building and optimizing dedicated city pages for each of Local Eyes' 10 service markets, each targeting local commercial-intent keywords rather than competing against one another for the same national terms. In parallel, we established clean on-page structure and internal linking from the ground up to support keyword growth across all markets.
With the local foundation stable, we launched bottom- and mid-funnel content — comparison roundups, "best of" lists, and format-specific educational content — engineered to capture both buyer-intent and research-stage searches. Every piece fed directly into the local landing pages we'd built, creating a complete funnel from awareness to conversion.
Local Eyes' SEO Strategy:
Multi-Metro Local Landing Pages: Built and optimized dedicated city pages for each of Local Eyes' 10 service markets, each targeting local commercial-intent keywords rather than competing against one another for the same national terms.
Bottom-of-Funnel Comparison Content: Published "best of" and category roundup content (promotional, testimonial, and product video company comparisons) to capture high-intent, ready-to-buy searchers researching production partners.
Format-Specific Educational Content: Built out how-to and specs content (YouTube Bumper Ads, YouTube Banner Size, Instagram Reel length) to capture top-of-funnel marketer queries and build topical breadth around video production and video marketing.
Domain-Wide Link Acquisition: Ran a sustained backlink campaign that grew referring domains 5.9x (162 → 950) to build the authority needed to outrank locally entrenched competitors market by market.
On-Page & Technical Foundation: Established clean on-page structure and internal linking from the ground up, supporting keyword growth from 7 to 36 first-page-worthy (Top 3) rankings over the engagement window.
The strategy compounded fast: organic traffic climbed from 271 to 3,699 monthly visits and traffic value grew from $712 to $4,402/month at peak, with the site also picking up early visibility in AI-driven search — currently cited 58 times across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Copilot, Grok, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini.
