What we are looking for:

We are looking to hire a proactive and passionate Inside Sales Executive, who is willing to be an asset to the company in the long run and want to grow tremendously in the digital marketing area. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and ready to go the extra mile for a super-secure career.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying potential clients as per the given ICP (Ideal Client Profile).
  • Qualifying all leads.
  • Establishing first contact through different sales channels.
  • Bidding on different marketplaces for potential work.
  • Responding to initial service inquiries.
  • Setting up meetings with Direct Sales.
  • Conduct meetings if necessary.
  • Preparing and sending proposals, agreements, and invoices.
  • Supporting Direct Sales and Associate Sales for better results.
  • Hit monthly, quarterly & yearly goals.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in digital sales or marketing.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as all our communications are with the natives (A good IELTS score will be an added advantage).
  • Must be good with communication, cold calling, and cold emailing.
  • Persuasive and proactive, ready to take on challenges.
  • A good understanding of human psychology will be an added advantage [understanding how the person you are talking to thinks].
Salary:
  • Negotiable based on experience.

Job Location:

In Office – Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Monday – Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
